Buying Tuxedo Vests over the web can sometimes be a feat if you need the products quickly. Many of the web based Companies order goods from Manufacturers on a sales basis. As the consumer orders from the retail website the order is than placed with the manufacturer who can take in excess of 7 days to make up the vest or vest/tie combination. Not so with Cardi International which keeps in stock (most of the time) their entire line-up for immediate delivery. The vests are fabulous in a choice of 3 major styles-Venetian, Herringbone, and Solid Satin.
Colors Galore. Can be Purchased at the following E-tail Websites Tuxedoexpo.com, SmartTuxedo.com and Buy4lesstuxedos.com

Men get involved in your Wedding
Gentleman we all know how important your wedding day is to you and your Bride. For many who have gone through the wedding process, the steps leading up to the big day can be quite stressful. Our advice is relax, enjoy and participate in the planning process along with your bride. Both of you should get involved with picking the venue, food, photographer, flowers etc....You want your wedding day to be remembered as something you planned together and enjoyed together.
**Be very aware of your parents or the brides parents having to much say in the wedding. Even if they are the ones who hold the purse strings remember it is you and your brides special day! Both of you should be making the decisions that will make your day a success regardless of who is footing the bill. -Aaron France TuxedoCoordinator@SmartTuxedo.com

Tuxedo Shirt - The Right Fit
Can't get the correct fit on your tuxedo shirt? Most Tuxedo Shirts Sleeve Lengths are sized for 1/2" sizes. The typical sleeve lengths on Tuxedo Shirts run as such: 32 X 33, 34 X 35, 36 X 37 etc... What this means is that a 32 X 33 is actually a 32.5 inch sleeve length and a 34 X 35 is actually a 34.5 inch sleeve length. After Six a major formalwear manufacturer has an exact sleeve length shirt, 100% cotton with 1/2 inch pleating. SmartTuxedo's Fashion Coordinators enjoy the look and feel of the shirt and highly recommend it. The Shirt is available in both Laydown and Wing Collar Versions.

Tuxedo Ties in the Big City
On a recent Saturday Night my wife and I attended a Friend's Wedding at a Posh New York City Venue. Besides the Wonderful Band and Food (the Shrimps at the cocktail hour were exquisite) there was the question of Style. My wife noticed that at least 50-60% of the men were wearing Long Ties instead of the Traditional Bowtie. There were some ties of color but the most popular was the Black Silk Tie-it-Yourself Long Tie as shown Below. The Ties were worn with Laydown Collar Shirts. Yes, New York is one of the cities that sets the tone for fashion. What we are seeing now is young people enjoying the "coming back" of the Black Tie Event, however in a more casual manner. This is evident by colored vests, ties, shirts and yes the Long Tie!

Contrasting Colors this Formalwear Season
In British English the more casual form is referred to as a day cravat to distinguish it from the highly formal dress cravat. It is made from a thinner woven silk that is more comfortable when worn against the skin, often with ornate and colourful printed patterns. ***Forget the Definition. We just call it an awesome look. Chocolate Satin Vest and Solid Fusion Ascot by SmartTuxedo.com Contrasting Colors are in this season. The Brown family of colors are all the rage.

A Tuxedo Lesson!
There has always been something cool about a man in a tuxedo. A James Bond sort of look. Tuxedo stands for a feel good appearance in a man, or these days a woman. Whenever we see a man nicely dressed in a tuxedo we assume there is sophistication, a presence. Read on.....
A Tuxedo is a suit that is comprised of a jacket, pants, bow tie, and often cummerbund. A Tuxedo is worn at formal events like weddings, formal dinner parties, proms, bar/bat mitzvahs, business functions, ballet, or any other event that states a black tie dress code.
There is great variety of tuxedo styles available today, but when it comes to tuxedo we feel let your fashion preference shine. That's why it is best to shop around to see what styles are available and how you want to accessorize your look. Notch, Peak, Shawl Lapels are all the mode. Regular or long length coats work. Notched lapels are probably the most common. The Notch Lapel Tuxedos today can be found in one, two, or three button versions. Variety of tuxedo styles manifests in choice of color too, however we enjoy black, white and ivory tuxedos. Add color with accessories such as vests, ties, and cufflinks!

Tuxedo Shoes
Tuxedo shoes come in various styles. Lace-up, Slip-On, Square Toe, Round Toe, Boot Cut, etc....Tuxedo Shoes are primarily made of PVC Material (industry standard), yes the same material that many pipes are made of. The material is extremely strong. You can also find shoes which are 100% leather even at he heel and sole, which tend to be non-slip. For a well made tuxedo shoe you will pay anywhere from $49.95 and up. There is no one style that is the trend today but here are 2 Suggestions. 1 - The Celebration by After Six is a Classic (can be worn for with formal or modern look) tuxedo shoe. 5 Button Laceup Styling with Fashion Round Toe Front. Some formalwear companies actually call it a Square Toe because the front is non pronounced. Made of PVC the Shoe is strong and will last for years to come. Comfort Insole, shoe can be worn for many hours and your feet still feel great. Attractive Ribbon Piping Highlights the Tuxedo shoe. 2 - sX 3 Eyelet Plain Toe Shoe Black by After Six is another favorite. Same Comfort and construction as the Celebration, however a very modern appearance. Pointed End Toe makes this the non-traditional tuxedo shoe. A real new-year look. Great for Prom and the "now" crowd. Shoes sold at SmartTuxedo.com, and buy4lesstuxedo.com Tommorrow we will be showing 100% Leather Shoes....

An elegant shirt that can be worn to all formal events. The Laydown Collar is considered a more modern approach as the wing collar is classic.

Prom Dress Resources on the Internet
Young Ladies enjoy shopping on the Internet. Before we all know it Spring Time will be here and this means Prom. The expense of Prom to young adults is hugh. We have done research and in many parts of the country prom can cost over $1000.00 per person for the evening. This takes into account the price of a Dress, Accessories, Limousine Rental, and the fee for attending the event. Savings on Womens Formalwear can be found at a few of these well known prom websites.

Tuxedo Shirts - Choose your Color for 2007
Fashion is all about personal choices. Who sets the style and trends in Fashion? Usually top designers set the stage for what we will wear each season. Consumers rely on Ralph Lauren, Calvin Klein, G. Beene, Gino Ricci etc.... to design fashions for today and the future. In Formalwear the consumer can alter their look for individuality. You can wear a classic black tuxedo and change the mood with your shirt choice. For 2007 colored tuxedo shirts are in style. Top colors include Pink, Red, Chambray (Blue) made of Poly/Cotton and Pleated. In the Microfiber (synthetic - suede like feel usually non-pleated) Category Black, White, and Ivory are in vogue. This season shop for the colored tuxedo shirts that fit your personal tastes. Of course white is always a classic option!
